Receptionist was nice and helpful. Vet tech was nice. Vet was rude and would not work with our NERVOUS dog . Instead wanted to muzzle him

I love this vet clinic. I have a 15 year old mutt and a 13 year old mutt. When I first moved to this area, I was so loyal to my last vet in Charleston, that I would drive all the way there because I just loved them so much. Changing vets was very nerve wracking for me. My 15 year old got to the point where she couldn't be in the car long distance anymore. I went to Twin Oaks Vet Clinic after someone recommended them to me. It's a 3 minute drive from my house so I figured I would try them out. I am so glad I did. The entire staff from the lady who answers the phone to the vet techs to Dr. Silver could not be friendlier, more caring, and compassionate. They treat my dog with such care and Dr. Silver really listens to me with my treatment goals and concerns. I could not be happier with my switch and I trust them. My dog, Molly, also loves them. I highly recommend Twin Oaks Vet Clinic.
Clean clinic. All the staff is very personable and takes the time to talk if i have a concern. Even over the phone they were very helpful. I've been to some clinics where they won't discuss anything over the phone, you have to make an appointment for them to tell you anything. They were actually the reason I switched from my last vet. Dr. Silver is very knowledgable and also corresponded with me over email after our visit to determine the best plan for my cat's care and explain costs, ect. It was great because I'm so busy and this is the first office i've used (out of 4 in the last 8yrs) that actually uses email and has online patient registry you can log on to check history for your pet. Their prices are good, comparable and maybe a little on the lower side than some places.
