I was very disappointed In my experience with this jeweler sent us he does have a very nice inventory and I would very much like to purchase for them in the future. But due to my experience with him personally I am not going to allow myself to do that even if I find some piece in particular that I really like.
I came back to this business is my first vibe that I got where I felt that I was not taken seriously judge on my ability to purchase and how much time that might dictate that I spend with me. Coming from a sales background of 13 years I understand how important it is not to judge a book by its cover and want to make sure that nobody else has the same experience
I was told that the jeweler would not adjust his appraisal despite the original nor try and retest the ring.
I had one ring sized and rubies replaced in another ring. They did a great job! No complaints whatsoever!
I have a ring that I was looking to have an appraisal done on, simple enough one would think. Well the metal was texting differently than the original appraisal tested and family told me it was due to the ring being plated with a protective yet common precious metal more value than the gold itself.
Had a ring resized here the price should have said hey go somewhere else... my white gold engagement ring now has half a yellow gold band it does fit now tho... I am not happy and will not return.
